The fabric is an image of a winter lake in Lapland. People are playing on the icy lake, some are cooling down after a sauna bath and some are ice-fishing. Cut the white fabric like breaking ice and blue water will appear from the inside. Many fishes are hiding behind the ice around the fisherman.
